HOW TO BEGIN THE DAY:  Begin your day with a warm glass of honey and water. Just shake a teaspoon of honey in warm water and drink it up.

WHAT FOR BREAKFAST,LUNCH AND DINNER:  Have plenty of (fruits for breakfast) and (Salads for Lunch and Dinner). A cupful of curd daily is good for skin and hair.


FOR BATHING:  Don't use harsh soaps for your skin. To make your skin glow, mix and make a paste of gram flour, milk cream and turmeric powder and rub all over the body before taking bath. Your skin will be visibly glowing and soft.


ASTRINGENTS:  Use lemon or cucumber juice as an astringent.


FOR FACE:  Papaya pulp can really rejuvenates your face.


FOR ACNE AND BLACKHEADS:  To get rid of stubborn acne and blackheads, wash and clean coriander leaves well. Grind into a fine paste. Then apply it all over the face twice a day.


FOR INSTANT FRESHNESS:  Apply rose water cubes on your face to feel freshness instantly.


FOR DANDRUFF:  mix equal quantity of Buttermilk and Coconut oil and apply on the scalp. Rinse off after 30 minutes. Do this once in 8 days to keep your hair clean and bouncy.
